Alert to a billing scam by UST
In early 2012 a number of our consultant associates throughout the country have been talking about many of their clients receiving fraudulent invoices via snail mail.  The invoices are from UST for telecom maintenance for the same amount of $425.  The remit address on the invoice is a PO Box in La Verne, CA. One company did speak to UST and they indicated that they were just proposing their service verses submitting an invoice for services rendered. Make sure your finance department doesn't pay this.
