The following project was performed for this national manufacturer of agricultural products:
Performed Telecom Expense Management program which identified billing errors, obtained credits for overbilled items, reconciled bills against Customer Service Records (CSRs) and contracts, requested and analyzed traffic studies, made cost-cutting recommendations, provided detailed documentation of inventory of telecommunication services at each site, performed implementation of all accepted recommendations, verified that changes were properly posted to the accounts.
Performed voice long distance (LD) analysis, prepared and distributed a Request for Proposal (RFP), performed analysis of vendor proposals, contract negotiations and implementation of chosen vendor.
