The following project was performed for this regional supermarket chain based in the Southern part of the United States:

Performed Utility Expense Management program of all utility services at all 98 locations. Identified billing errors, obtained credits for overbilled items, audited sprinkler system requirements, analyzed risk of making changes to interruptible gas service at specific locations, analyzed pros and cons of purchasing gas at the wellhead and wheeling electric at specific locations, reconciled meter manufacturer specifications with bill calculations, compared all available tariff rates and riders and all experimental rates and riders to existing tariffs, discovered little-know industry-specific tariff that saved some locations a significant amount of money, negotiated new rates and contracts, audited all taxes on bills, analyzed feasibility of separating / combining meters, made recommendations for past erroneous bill credits and future savings, document to client inventory of utility meters, numbers, specs at each site, performed implementation of all accepted recommendations and verified that changes had been properly posted to the accounts.
